Fight, food and things

Hey everyone,

Sorry I've been a little absent. Had a little fight with a friend and I thought I better stay clear of blogging while I was in the threatening mood of trash talk.

I don't really want to go into details because it's a long story but I do hope we can be friends again, although she hurt my feelings, I really had fun being her friend.

I've been really good with my healthy eating lately =D Although I did have ice cream last night :S HA HA. I love ice cream, my only weakness - aside from cheese which I'm good at eating in moderation now, yay for me. I've decided that once a week, I can treat myself - through all the years of working out and eating proper, I've found it's best to eat something bad at least once a week so your cravings don't get out of control and you binge eat.

Yesterday I had a pita bread kebab with chicken, lettuce, carrot, some cheese and tomato. Then I had an apple in the afternoon. And then for dinner I had chicken and vegetables. Then a little bit of ice cream and caramel after dinner.

I didn't exercise though because I was out all day shopping. Walking everywhere.

  • Dinner set (Brought)
  • Cutlery (Brought)
  • A floor fan (Free)
  • Ironing board (Free)
  • A blanket and pillow for the lounge (Free)
  • Spoons, tong and whisk (Brought)
  • Towels (Brought)

Good start for only having had the idea a little over a month! Me and my flatmate have made an agreement, I'll get the little stuff and then when we get the big stuff (fridge, washing machine, package deal for lounge/dining etc.) she'll go 2/3 and I'll go 1/3 to make up for it. Which makes things so much easier when you live five hours from each other currently.

I told some more of my family that I'm moving out next year. They took it well, which I hoped for.

I gotta head off.
